Operation for Simple View & Folder View

1. View Toggle Switch. [top]
Switch between Simple view and Folder view.
The default view is the Simple View which shows us:

  • Destination folder for the selected extension.
  • Default application for the corresponding extension

While the Folder View shows us:

  • The current registered extension names
  • Destination folder for each extensions.
   
2. Dropdown menu. [top]
It contains shortcuts to load preset extensions, clear extensions, set default folder, beam, help and register menus.
   
3. Application selector. [top]
Select default application to handle the corresponding file type.
   

4. Target folder. [top]
It bring us a built in Receiveit File Manager to assign default directory for the corresponding received files. It also allow us to Add, Delete, and Rename directory according to our need.

   
5. Free Card. [top]
It shows us the available free memory on our expansion card.
   
6. Free RAM. [top]
It shows us the available free memory of our internal memory.
   
7. Delete Button. [top]
Select the extension name that we want to delete, and tap this button to delete it.
   
8. Add Button. [top]
It will pop up a small windows for adding an extension.
   
9. Registered Extension. [top]
This information is only available when using a folder view. It shows us the extension names that are currently registered.
   
10. Target folder. [top]
It shows us the folder name which the corresponding file type will be stored. Tap on it and it takes us to the Receiveit File Manager.
   
11. Selection bar. [top]
Tap on it to highlight particular file type.

In this view, we can see our expansion card structure where you can add, delete, or rename particular folder.

  • Tap on the [-] or [+] sign to expand or collapse the tree structure.
  • Tap on the directory name to select the directory.
  • Tap on the directory name for a few second to popup an Add, Delete, and Rename menu for the selected directory.
  • See our current selected folder (Number 16)
  • Tap on Cancel button to cancel the operation.
  • Tap on Done button to save the operation and back to the main screen.

The Folder named Card is your root directory (highest level of your directory tree).
   




13. Selected Folder. [top]

  • Tap on the folder to select it.
  • Tap for a few second to bring up the Add, Delete and Rename menu for the corresponding folder.

a. Adding a jpg folder
To add a new jpg folder under Receiveit directory:

  • Tap on Receiveit folder for a few second. The popup menu will show up.
  • Select Add menu
  • enter jpg
  • Tap OK

b. Deleting a folder

  • Tap on the directory name that you wish to delete.
  • Tap Delete button

c. Renaming a folder

  • Tap on the directory name that you wish to rename
  • The popup windows will appear. Enter the new directory name
   
14. Cancel Button. [top]
To cancel the operation.
   
15. Done Button. [top]
To save your operation and bring y ou back to the main screen.
   
16. Target Folder. [top]
See your current selected folder
